1. About these terms
This website, freight-os.com.au, is operated by DSI Farming Company Pty Ltd ABN 23 678 501 203 ("we", "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Information on this website
- The website gives general information about Freight OS. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but features, integrations and availability may change. What you receive as a customer is set out in your Order Form and our Master Subscription Agreement, not on this website.
- Integrations are set up for each customer and depend on the other provider. Ask us whether one suits your accounts before relying on it.
- Prices, where shown, are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
- Nothing on this website is legal, tax, payroll, workplace or heavy vehicle compliance advice. Freight OS is not an Electronic Work Diary and does not ensure compliance with the Heavy Vehicle National Law.
3. Your use of the website
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully or in a way that could damage it or impair anyone else's use;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, the Freight OS service or our systems; or
- scrape or copy the website's content in bulk by automated means.
4. Intellectual property
The website's content, design, text, graphics and logos are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own information. You must not otherwise copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.
5. Other businesses' names
MYOB, Xero, CHEP, Microsoft 365, Google Maps, Gemini and other product names on this website are trade marks of their owners. We name them only to describe what Freight OS works with. Their use does not mean those businesses endorse Freight OS or have a partnership with us.
6. Links
The website may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including anything you send us by email. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics.
8. Liability
- Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
- Subject to clause 8.1, the website is provided free of charge and on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, except to the extent it is caused by our negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page with a new date. The version in force when you use the website applies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
